Please follows these guidlines. We take them seriously.
- Submit only your own work
- This is an adult site. We are looking for sexy, seductive, erotic, and even hardcore material for the most part.
- Please get permission if you use someone's base skin or copy a major part of another persons work.
- If you do use part of someone's work with their permission, please state this. In other words, give credit where it's due.
- Although we do not claim rights over any work you submit. We will keep the item on our web site as long as we want once you have submitted it.
- We assume that if you have submitted anything to this web site that you are 18+ years old and that this content is legal where you live.
- If we find any of the above are violated we will remove the item(s) at our sole descretion and you may be banned permanetly from this web site

If you wish to submit items for downloading and want credit for free membership email the following:
- zipped file containing either a .Sims2pack or .package file.
- Jpg images of the item
- Name you want displayed for the item
- Your name and email address (real name or username does not matter - email address must be correct for web site purposes only and will not be displayed)
- Detailed description of the item. We prefer more then one line. Be creative ala item descriptions in the actual game.
- Make sure to distinguish Sim1 and Sim 2 content.
